School Fee Protection* Scholarship

Purpose: School Fee Protection* Scholarship is an initiative of Orange Education Pvt Ltd (OEPL) under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to support the students who will not be able to pay school tuition fee due to sudden demise (during the academic year 2023-24) or permanent disability of their prime earning member of the family (blood relation only). This program provides scholarship to students and not the insurance. OEPL is not charging any premium or fee against the above said "School Fee Protection* Scholarship". Who is the Beneficiary? This scheme is applicable to students if and only if the school has subscribed Orange Education’s Computer Books for all their students from classes 1 to 10 (minimum any 8 classes, e.g. classes 3 to 10) for the academic year 2023-2024. Those who are unable to pay their school tuition fees, due to the sudden demise or permanent disability of the prime earning member of the family. (during the academic year 2023-24) Financial Claim Limit: The claim limit will be up to 10% of the total revenue from the respective school. For example, School ABC subscribed the computer book series "Touchpad" for all the students of classes 1 to 8 and the strength of the school is 1000 students. The average print price of the book is INR 261. After all types of discounts and adjustments, school/book dealer raises the Purchase Order (PO) with an average price of INR 183 (30% discount on INR 261) for 1,000 books. So, the total revenue generated from the School ABC, is equal to 1,000 books x INR 183 equals to INR 1,83,000. Under any circumstance, school/student/book dealer can't claim the scholarship amount of more than 10 % of INR 1,83,000 i.e., 18,300 in the academic year 2023-2024. Payment Term: OEPL should receive the 75% of the payment against the PO before 31st July 2023. For example, for the above mentioned School ABC, the net outstanding is INR 1,83,000 then the school/book dealer has to clear 75% of the net amount i.e., INR 1,37,250 before 31st July 2023 to avail the scholarship scheme. NOTE: Beneficiary will continue to be benefited with SFP Scholarship till the computer book series is continued to be recommended up to grade 10th in the same school. Download Signing Document
