Microsoft is Going to End Support for IE 11 and Legacy Edge Browser

Microsoft announced that the Internet Explorer 11 and Legacy Edge browser will no longer be supported in 365 apps such as Office 365 and OneDrive from August 17, 2021. The company will stop providing any security updates for IE 11 and Legacy Edge browser from March 9, 2021.

AI-Powered Web App to Convert Sounds into Musical Instruments.

Google unveils a new AI-powered web app named Sounds of India in collaboration with Prasar Bharati and Virtual Bharat. This app allows us sing the Indian national anthem into our phone, and it converts our voice into one of three traditional Indian musical instruments (Bansuri, Shehnai and Sarangi). This app is made possible by machine learning models built with Google’s ‘TensorFlow’ platform.

Quantum Computing: a brief introduction

Quantum computing is the future technology of computing which utilize the concepts of quantum physics to store information and perform computation. The Major difference between Quantum computing and classical computing is that, in classical computing, computers (cell phones/PCs) encode data in twofold ‘bits’ that can either be 0s or 1s. While, in quantum computing, tasks rather utilize the quantum condition of an item to deliver the fundamental unit of memory called as a quantum bit or qubit. Quantum computers can handle huge and complex datasets more effectively and rapidly than traditional computers. Also, they have the ability to be much smaller than traditional computers.
