Job Description for Area Manager:

Area Manager:- Kanpur, Allahabad, Moradabad, Karnal, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Hisar, Dhanbad, Ranchi, Bathinda, Shimla, Dehradun, Bhopal, Indore, Raipur, Guwahati, Central Delhi, South Delhi.

Job Responsibilities:

AM will work in customer interfacing role for direct promotion of educational assessment products to schools, tutorials and other student capture points. The role will discuss the assessment products in great details with stakeholders to eliminate distorted understandings of assessments, create meaningful product differentiation and eventually gain adoptions to build the assessment business in the assigned territory.

Job Functions:

  • Identify business opportunities, qualify prospects, explore customer needs, do product detailing, provide assessment solutions & create the right value proposition to develop and maintain consultant-relationship with customers.
  • Conduct product workshops & conferences for schools, tutorials, students, and parents etc. to help them understand the product significance.
  • Responsible for new client acquisition by selling company's innovative range of high value products/solutions and services to schools.
  • Create and Maintain the Database of Schools through extensive visits.
  • Relationship management with clients.
  • Participate in customer engagement programmes for yield optimization.
  • Gather market intelligence and draw useful inferences.

Skill Set Required:

  • Good command over the local language.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Smart and pleasing personality, good interpersonal skills
  • Desired Experience of sales in Schools Industry or Publishing Sector.
  • Must have an own vehicle (Four-Wheeler).

We are looking for candidates who have deep and thorough knowledge of Schools in the area they are currently stationed at.

Job Description for State Business Head (SBH):

State Business Head – Haryana:

  • Territory Research, Analysis and Identification of potential schools.
  • Strategizing and Planning Sales in the allotted territory.
  • Provide support to Area Managers for closing business, if required.
  • Team Mentoring.
  • Reports and Data Analysis to Head Office.
